These Terms of Service govern your use of Hiu.AI and its automation tools. By accessing or using Hiu.AI, you agree to these Terms. If you use Hiu.AI for an organization, you represent that you can accept these Terms on its behalf.
The service
Hiu.AI provides tools for search visibility, content workflows, and social publishing. Features may change as we improve the service. Some capabilities depend on third-party platforms and their availability, permissions, and policies.
Your account and connections
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for the activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly disconnect or rotate credentials when access is no longer appropriate. You authorize Hiu.AI to use connected-platform permissions only to perform the actions you request.
Acceptable use
You may not use Hiu.AI to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade platform safeguards, send spam, misrepresent identity, or automate content you do not have the right to publish. You are responsible for reviewing scheduled and published material.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Hiu.AI the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, schedule, and publish that content at your direction. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Third-party services
Connected services such as YouTube and other social or search platforms are operated by third parties. Their terms, privacy policies, quotas, outages, and enforcement decisions apply independently. Hiu.AI is not responsible for third-party changes or actions.
Availability and disclaimers
Hiu.AI is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific search results, audience growth, platform approval, or that every automated action will succeed. You should maintain appropriate backups and review important actions.
Liability and termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiu.AI and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach. You may stop using Hiu.AI at any time.
